This week we had a speacial guest speaker, Master Coordinator James Hatcher, and we talked about building to director and the steps we can take to reach our goals for the next year.

Here are the key points in this week’s Team Call:

  •  If we aren’t doing reach out activities that create PV, we are not going to work every day!
  •  Consistent action is critical, and sales leaders do these things.
  •  Internal clarity – why do I want to have a Shaklee business? My why is an extension of who I am and no apologies needed! People are attracted to my being authentic about this.
  •  Give my Shaklee self my best time of day. Protect it and use it for activities that fit who I am.
  •  Strive to become an Energy Giver. This will happen when I am acting on my why.
